Map Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. Mountain Top Creations, 2872 N Mendoza Dr Ste #A, Rexburg, ID 83440 ("Mountain Top Creations" or "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry period. The giveaway begins November 6, 2026 at 12:00 am Mountain Time and ends November 23, 2026 at 11:59 pm Mountain Time.

4. How to enter. Visit mountaintopcreations.shop/pages/win-a-ski-map (Ski Giveaway) or mountaintopcreations.shop/pages/win-a-park-map (National Parks Giveaway) and complete the entry form with your first name, email address, and map choice. Limit one entry per person per giveaway. Entering both giveaways is allowed. Entries generated by automated means are void.

5. Prizes. One winner per giveaway. Each winner receives one handcrafted Mountain Top Creations map of their choice from the matching collection (Ski Resort or National Park), with free custom engraving and free shipping within the U.S. Approximate retail value: $175 per prize (map plus engraving). No cash alternative or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection and notification. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 24, 2026 and notified by email. Winners must reply within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Purchases during the giveaway. If a winner purchased a map from Sponsor between November 6 and November 23, 2026, Sponsor will refund that order in full in addition to awarding the prize.

8. Email list. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Mountain Top Creations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize.

10. Publicity. Winners agree that Sponsor may announce their first name, last initial, and state, and the map they chose, without further compensation, except where prohibited.

11. Release. By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the use of any prize.

12. Meta disclaimer. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

13. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

14. Winners list. For the names of the winners, email hello@mountaintopcreations.shop after December 1, 2026.
